India Ltd.(RailTel) invites sealed open tenders in “Two Packets”
one containing Technical & commercial elements and the other
containing Price element of the Tender Bid, from established contractors
with proven experience for the work of “SYSTEM DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION,
TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF STM-I SDH ADMs & OTHER ASSOCIATED
EQUIPMENTS FOR THE OFC BASED COMMUNICATION SYSTEM”.

Cost of Tender Document is Rs.5,000/-
(Rs. 5,500/-, if required by post). The required amount will
be payable by Bank Draft in favour of RailTel Corporation
of India Limited, New Delhi.

Only
such tenderers will be qualified to bid who offer proven equipment
as per tender specifications. The tenderer should also have executed
one work of supply, installation and commissioning of any type of
SDH equipments costing not less than Rs. 2.52 crore (minimum) and
must have annual turnover of atleast 3 times the value of the tendered
work during any of the last preceding 3 years and the SDH equipments
so supplied/installed should have been satisfactorily working in
India or abroad for a minimum period of 12 months on the date of
opening of tender. The tenderer may or may not be the original equipment
manufacturer.

In case Tender Document is downloaded from website, an amount of
Rs. 5000/- in the form of DD shall be paid by the tenderer while
submitting the tender.
