Sealed open tenders are invited by RailTel Corporation of India
Limited, 3rd Floor, New Administrative Building, S. E. Railway, Garden Reach, Kolkata – 700 043 from the eligible, bonafide,
established contractors with proven experience for work of “Supply,
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of window type Air Conditioners, stabilisers and associated electrical wiring, extension of
electrical supply from existing distribution point to the OFC equipment
rooms of Eastern Region.

1. The cost of tender document shall be in the form of Demand Draft
payable in favour of RailTel Corporation of India Ltd., and payable at
Kolkata. The tenderers are advised to make sure that they fulfill the
necessary qualifying criteria.
2. Only such tenderers will be qualified to bid who among other
requirements (refer clause 18, Vol-I) have successfully and satisfactorily commissioned and provisionally handed over at least
RCIL/RMK/AC. OFC Room/ER/Phase III one work of similar capacity and similar nature during the preceding
three financial years.
3. Due preference shall be given to PSUs of Government of India as
per extant rules applicable on the day of opening of this tender.
4. Complete application form is available on RailTel Website
(www.railtelindia.com) for purpose of down loading and application made on such a form is valid for participation in the Tender process.
5. The cost of tender document in case the tender document is down
loaded from website, should be paid in the form of Demand Draft at the time of submission of bid document
