RAILTEL HAS A NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR

Sh. K.K. Bajpeyee has joined as Managing Director, RailTel Corporation of India Limited on Tuesday, 16th November 2004. Sh. Bajpeyee has had an illustrious career and prior to joining RailTel, he was working as Additional Member (Signalling) in the Ministry of Railways. Sh. Bajpeyee has very vast and valuable experience in General Management, Signalling and Telecommunications. He has worked as Divisional Railway Manager at Bangalore and Chief Signal & telecommunication Engineer/Southern Railway, Chennai. Along with holding other senior positions he has also been a Telecommunication consultant to Mozambique National Railways. Apart from his work experience he has received specialized Management training on British Rail and Manchester Business School (U.K.). RailTel stands to gain a lot from his leadership as he is also widely traveled and has studied Telecommunication systems in U.K., France, Germany, USA and Australia.
