AM (Tech) (Manager Grade) Limited Departmental competitive Examination-2008

No. RCIl/2005/P&A/44/8. Please refer to the notification of even number dated 22.4.08 and addendum 14.5.08 regarding conduct of LDCE for promotion to the grade of Manager in scale Rs. 10750-300-16750 (IDA), to be held in the Corporate office of RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. 10th Floor, Bank of Baroda Building, New Delhi on 07.06.2008. The eligibility criteria for writing the examinations has been slightly modified as under:-
Eligibility: The existing AM-I (Technical) who were recruited as AM-II in 2005 and have been confirmed as AM-I (Tech) before the date of written examination are eligible to appear in the examination. The deputationist AM-I on RailTel, who have applied for absorption/taken absorption in RailTel are also eligible to appear in the examination. However, allotment of the Manager's grade will be made only after completion of two years service in the AM-I grade in RailTel in the event of their qualifying the written examination & interview.
The other terms and conditions will remain the same.
