RailTel has set up Internet gateways at Mumbai, Delhi & Hyderabad and provides IBW leased lines from RailTel PoPs across the country. The IBW is sourced from two or more service providers and on different submarine cables to ensure high availability with low latency. RailTel has also peered with NIXI at Mumbai & Delhi for fast access to domestic content.

RailTel provides dedicated high speed lease line (2 Mb & above) Internet solution to enterprise sector. The IBW can be extended to customer on OFC cable or licensed /unlicensed radio. Smaller capacity IBW is also provided on Wi-Max radio links. The IBW is scalable on demand & can be provided in contention ratio of 1:1, 1:2 or 1:4.
