Recruitment
Induction: - Bright and talented students and professionals are hired through nation-wide competitive examinations in order to fill various vacancies arising in the company. Hiring is followed by induction training conducted by Indian Railway Institute of signal Engineering & Telecommunication (IRISET), Secundrabad .This training is aimed at holistic development of candidates through technical theoretical inputs.
On-job Training: – Post induction, candidates undergo on-job training in various private Telecomm companies all over India.
RailTel Directly Recruited Executive are appointed on following Grades & Post:- .
For Engineers-Deputy Manager (Scale: 16400-40500 IDA)
For Diploma Holders-Assistant Manager (Scale: 12600-32500 IDA)
Appointment will be as Deputy Manger Trainee /Assistant Manager in Grade E1 /E0 for a probation period of 2 yr.
On successful Completion of Probation through screening, Directly Recruited Executives gets confirmation letters.
An executive may reach to the level of GGM (E9 grade) if he/She performs well in 25 years of service.
In addition Employees are facilitate with Perks – Medical benefit, Company lease accommodation at IDA scale/HRA, Conveyance, LTC, gratuity , EPF will be admissible as per rules of the Corporation.
